I can say without doubt or hesitation that Matt was beyond fantastic. His voice was perfect. I heard mixed reviews about Matt Walst with 3 Days Grace but I can say without doubt or hesitation that Matt was beyond fantastic. I will see them again in second if they come back with Matt. He was energetic and fit in with the rest of the band seamlessly. Their set was incredible.
Shinedown has always shown love for their fans but it showed even more on this tour. The lighting was well done and timed. A touch of old with a balance of new songs. Shinedown, as usual, put on an amazing show. The new video display in the background brought a new piece to the set. The pyro was a nice addition. I was very moved by the story of Amanda Todd as it played in the background to Bully. The energy was off the charts.
I can't wait to see both bands again and again.
